News this term

It has been a busy term in LCSS. Our PE teacher Laura has had everyone exercising and dancing in the basketball yard and we are all excited to see Laura when she arrives. We have learned so much about moving our bodies and staying healthy and fit. 

Three of the classes have been swimming in St. Gabriel's this term. Thank you to the parents for their help with this. 

Halloween was a big success with prizes for the best dressed staff and students. Everyone had a great time with al the treats. 

Our assemblies have been a real success this term with Thomond, Crescent and Shannon class coming together each week with weekly winners for student of the week. Principal Deirdre and Deputy love going to assembly every week. 

The big news is we will have a special visitor to the school next week. He has to make a long journey from Lapland to get here so we can't wait to see him, watch this space for some photos ho. ho. ho.
